We are 1st time home buyers and I must say, working with Harold & Carmelo made the process VERY easy! I have known Carmelo for at least 9 years so it wasn't a hard decision to make when choosing a realtor to help sell our home. He came in, look at our home, made very helpful suggestions on what we should do and not do, contacted a photographer to come in and photograph the home to make it very appealing to anyone looking to buy in our area and in the price range. He is very thorough and his follow-up on phone calls, questions and everything is very commendable. Our home sold very very fast! He also went the extra mile in accompanying us to the builder of the condo that we purchased to make sure everything was as we wanted and chose.
